Today is a milestone in a couple of ways. First, this is my 101st post…which means my last one was officially my 100th. Where has the time gone?
Also, I thought it was appropriate to post a picture of an El Paso sunset over the mountains as the sun is setting on my last night in this beautiful city. I leave early tomorrow morning.
Tonight the gang is taking me to my first Mexican restaurant in this lovely town. We are having my going away party at Carlos And Mickey’s. I’ve been told they have live music and awesome Margaritas.
This has been a wonderful adventure. I’ve made some wonderful friends along the way. I’m gonna miss this place and hope to come back to visit sometime.
Thanks for keeping me company through my adventures!
My question tonight? Where was the most beautiful sunset you remember seeing? Tell me all about it…
We love the sunset at Sunshine coast back in Queensland. It is amazing…

Woo Hoo! You get to go home! Hope you have a good night out. I love just about every sunset I’ve seen, but I love the sunset we see up in the Northern woods while we’re out fishing on the lake. They’re gorgeous!

I think I have to say English Bay, Vancouver – I remember more moonlights. *smile
Like your photo … and have a safe journey home now.

Easy – on my honeymoon cruise in Hawaii. As the ship left the harbor of Kauai the bright sky was filled with dramatic dark shapes which looked more like swatches of color painted on the sky, rather than clouds. Each cloud was rimmed with a super bright burst of light. When things get tough, I just remember that sky. You could choose to look at the clouds or the bright pieces in between. I choose the bright places.

Great choice of words! You “choose” to see the bright spots. It always comes back to that, doesn’t it? Choices…
